New Rochelle high school student, Khalil Edney is on the tip of everyone’s tongues after hitting an improbable buzzer beater yesterday afternoon to help his team win the Section 1 Class AA final. Khalil, who is also the quarterback of the schools football team, in-bounded the ball which was picked off, he then stole the ball back and launched a shot from 55 feet with 0.1 seconds left on the clock to win the game. The shot, as spoiled by a SportsCenter anchor will be number one on the Top 10 plays and is in the running for Best of the Best on ESPN.com.
